Republican Courtney Kirby McCroskey brings nearly a decade of dedicated local government experience to her campaign for Sevier County Trustee. A lifelong resident of Sevier County, Courtney was born and raised on her family's farm in Kodak, embodying the deep community roots that define her approach to public service.
A graduate of Northview schools and Walters State Community College, Courtney has been an active participant in county operations since 2016. Her professional journey in public service began with part-time work in the trustee's office under Jettie Clabo, followed by a full-time role where she was promoted to Chief Deputy in 2022 under Trustee Faye Loveday.
Throughout her career, Courtney has been trained by three trustees with over 40 years of combined experience, gaining invaluable insights into county operations and the critical responsibilities of the Trustee's office. Her approach is rooted in a commitment to dedication, integrity, and community-focused service.
Courtney lives on her family's farm in Kodak with her husband Spencer and their daughter Elenora Faye. Her deep connection to Sevier County drives her passion for public service and her vision for the Trustee's office.
Drawing from her extensive local government experience, Courtney is committed to continuing the tradition of excellence that has long defined Sevier County's leadership.
